The Details and Fine Print:
Guides lead up to 22 guests. @1:15
Private Guided Tours require 22 guests

Self Guided @ 60 minutes. Guests enter in groups of 10-21 spaced 10 minutes apart and walk through at their own pace. We provide a link to room descriptions which can be read or listened to on smartphones while guests walk from room to room. Group leaders must share the Audio Link with group members before arrival and be sure each member's phone is set up.

Refunds/Changes: Entire Group tickets may be changed one time 3 days in advance. No individual changes. There are No refunds. Tickets may be resold or given away. Individual names are not recorded with group purchase. We will fully refund any tour we cancel due to natural disasters or pandemics etc.
However, up to 7 “Self Guided” Group Tickets purchased by October 31st are refundable up to 7 days before the tour date minus ticket fee. Only “ Self Guided Groups” (16+) get this perk. The $4 ticket fee will not be refunded in order to cover ticket processing costs not refunded to us. This offer does not apply to Guided Tours. All Self Guided Group tickets purchased after Oct 31st are non refundable and do not get the 7 day before tour cancel offer above.
Tour Visits: Allow 10 minutes additional to the posted tour duration if your group exceeds 22 and 10-15 minutes additional for visitors to enjoy the Gift Shop.
Check in: Only one person please check in for the whole group after all members are on site.
Room Descriptions: For Self Guided Tours, the link for written Room Descriptions and the audio tour of Room Descriptions for cell phones will be in your confirmation and emailed to you again before your tour. Please share the link with your group.
Audio: Bring your smartphones to listen to the audio link of Room Descriptions (self guided tours only.) Headsets are recommended, but not required.
Wheel Chairs: The historic mansion is not permitted for elevators or ramps but the Mansion has a portable ramp for your wheelchair to assist entry to the first floor of the Mansion. There are 16 steps to floor 2. Many guests do tour just the first floor.
Arrival: Please arrive 30 minutes early. Bus groups must arrive 30 minutes early or they might have to go last.
Rest Rooms: Groups agree to use restrooms before arrival (See “Terms” below.) We suggest the Old County Courthouse/Chess Park on 44 in Downtown DeLand (125 West NY Ave) if you are coming from I-95, or Ed Stone Park on 44 (2999 Old NY Ave) if coming from The Villages. Two delux port-o-lets with sinks will be available here, but large groups cannot be served all at once.
Parking is free. Buses park on the street right in front of the Mansion.
Photography: No photography or video is permitted inside the Mansion.
Gift Shop: We have a small gift shop. Our gift shop takes only cash and checks. No credit cards.
TAX EXEMPTION
IF YOU ARE TAX EXEMPT: PURCHASE TICKETS AND THEN SEND, BY US MAIL, A COPY OF YOUR CERTIFICATE AND BOOKING INFO AND WE WILL REFUND THE TAX AFTER PURCHASE.

Two delux port-o-lets will be available here but large groups can not be served all at once. Please email us if you are running late.
